Current Projects Conservation Easement Documents Almost Complete For the past two years we have been working with local parks groups to secure a conservation easement on the James River Park. On Monday, October 24, 2005, the Richmond City Council unanimously approved Resolution 2005-R210, which directed the City Attorney to start the process. We continue to meet with City officials and representatives of interested organizations to finalize the terms of the conservation easement.
